Join us for an afternoon of books, conversation, and thoughtful reflection as we celebrate "The Way of the Chocolate Taoist" with a special book signing at Golden Poppy Herbal Apothecary in Fort Collins on Sunday, September 20, from 12-4 pm.
Created in partnership with Zenit Journals, The Way of the Chocolate Taoist is more than a book. It is a guide, a reflective journal, and an invitation to slow down and engage more deeply with your own life. Drawing on Taoist and Buddhist wisdom, along with stories and insights from my own nomadic journey, it offers practical journaling prompts and contemplative exercises designed to encourage greater clarity, freedom, and authentic human connection.

Our mission is to help young menstruators understand their menstrual cycles, feel confident in their bodies and find support in community.
We cover the practical ins and outs of having a menstrual cycle and what to expect when you start your period.
Come Join Us!
Each class we will meet to explore the practical ins and outs of having a menstrual cycle, including the four phases of the cycle with a fun craft activity. There will be time for journaling, reflection and sharing.
We hope that each participant will leave with their creations, feeling empowered and connected.
