The planet is toxic. The Journal of the American Medical Association, The New England Journal of Medicine and many other top-tier medical journals are showing us that the concentration of toxins in our bodies are correlated with chronic disease… and chronic disease is on the rise. DID YOU KNOW?
Your indoor environment is likely TWICE as polluted as your outdoor environment. Toxins don’t just impact persons, but generations. It’s been estimated that the average adult has roughly 700 different contaminants present in the body. The average infant is born with more than 200 toxins.

Stress and malnutrition are DEPLETING us! We need to stop the cycle!
The accumulation of toxins, in combination with our stressed and nutrient-depleted bodies, makes it a “requirement” to give our bodies a regular “break” throughout the year by avoiding food triggers and by eating nutrient-dense, supportive foods to help fuel our metabolic and elimination processes.
Benefits of a Detox
Every day of the Challenge, you will be presented with a theme, information, and tools to take you seamlessly through the adventure of cleansing and nourishing your physiology and psychology.
How much does the program cost?
The program itself only costs $37 and can be purchased here
This includes all of the information you need to complete the Detox Challenge. However, there is one required and several recomended supplements that you will need in order to be successful at completing the Detox Challenge.
Is your Detox Challenge just for women?
Absolutely not! This detox works equally well for men and women.
Is this a juice cleanse?
No. The Detox Challenge focuses on eliminating foods that are toxic to the body and replacing them with health-balancing, metabolism-boosting foods. During the Cleanse you will eat 2 healthy meals, drink 1 shake per day, and be allowed two snacks.
For maximum weight loss, I recommend keeping additional snacks to a minimum. However, this detox is NOT about starving yourself! If your energy is low between meals/shakes, then we recommend eating a small snack from the list of approved foods.
Will I have enough energy to go to work?
Definitely! Most people actually find that they sleep better and have MORE energy during the Detox Challenge.
When you eliminate the main foods that cause autoimmune reactions and hormone imbalance (red meat, alcohol, sugar, caffeine, gluten and dairy) from your diet, your body will process the rest of your food more easily – and convert more of that food into clean, long-lasting energy. In addition, replacing some meals with shakes means less energy exerted for digestion (which means MORE energy that you can use for whatever you want to do each day!).
Do I need to take any supplements while I’m detoxing?
Yes! At a minimum, you will need to purchase a non-dairy/non-whey/non-soy protein powder (at least 36 servings’ worth – or more if you’re a man / if you anticipate needing additional shakes) and a water-soluble fiber blend (at least 30 servings’ worth).
For a deeper cleanse, we also recommend taking detox supplements (enough for 30 days).
That’s enough of everything to get you through the 30-day Detox Challenge. Not only will you save money, but also lots of time trying to research products. We’ve done that homework for you and our products not only work, but the shakes are tasty, to boot.
What if I can’t stick to the eating plan 100%?
In order to achieve maximum hormone balance and weight loss results, I highly recommend sticking to the specified food plan and the Detox Challenge schedule. The best way to do this is to PLAN AHEAD and keep plenty of healthy foods and snacks on hand for “emergencies.”
That being said, just do the best you can. If you get off-track, you can always jump right back on again! There’s no such thing as “failing” the Detox Challenge – and most participants are pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to stick with the plan once you get started.”
I’m pregnant/breastfeeding/trying to get pregnant. Is it still safe for me to participate?
Generally my Detox Challenge is safe for everyone. However, I cannot give you medical advice. For both pregnant and lactating women, your best option is to discuss the Detox Challenge program with your clinician, and avoid the supplements unless approved by him or her. Most supplements have not been proven safe for pregnant or lactating women. The exceptions are magnesium and some of the B vitamins, but it’s better to err on the side of caution and discuss your supplementation plans with your clinician.
I want to do this, but I have a big trip/event during the Detox Challenge dates! Should I just wait for the next detox to join?
Most people find that they can stick with the Detox, even during big trips or events. The main things you’ll need are a shaker bottle or blender, and healthy foods (from your approved foods list). As long as you have those, you can do my Detox Challenge pretty much anywhere, anytime!
If you worry that your event/trip will interfere with your Detox, you can also sign up, but complete the detox on your own time. In other words, you’ll get the emails, webinars, and Q&A call recordings sent to you at the same time as everyone else, but you can choose to complete the Detox whenever you’re ready to commit to it fully – you’ll already have everything you need to do it!
These add on’s will enhance your experience. They can be purchased at anytime during the program
Recommended Supplements – the following supplements are recommended for use during the program so you can get the most out of your time.
CHOOSING THE RIGHT SHAKE:
During the Detox, you’ll replace one to two meals each day with a shake. There are lots of protein shake mixes available on the market. But after doing thorough research and working with thousands of patients, I’ve found many of these shakes include ingredients that stimulate hunger or make your body more toxic. That’s why it’s very important, in order to do a proper, thorough detox and rebalancing of hormones, that you look for a shake mix that meets the following criteria:
It must taste GOOD! Look for one with a delicious flavor and texture you can enjoy. My preference is for a non-whey, vegetable-based mixture that blends easily with filtered water, coconut water or unsweetened almond milk for a creamy, satisfying meal.
It must be EASY! You want a shake you can whip up in a blender in seconds or take with you in a shaker bottle. No shopping for multiple items or time-consuming preparation. This makes it a breeze to fit it into your busy life, making it more likely you’ll stick with it!
It must be FREE of unhealthy or irritating substances. You’re going CLEAN for 30 days not just to detox your body, but to identify which foods or ingredients may be triggering sensitivities or allergic reactions. That’s why your shake mix must be gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free, and contain NO artificial sweeteners. You’d be amazed how many of these troublemaking ingredients are lurking in shake mixes and hidden on labels in tiny mouse type!
It must be FILLING! You want a shake mix that fills you up with healthy, non-whey protein. Ideally, it should have 22 grams of protein per serving from a blend of pea, potato, and chlorella proteins (a welcome alternative to more allergenic casein, soy, or egg-based protein sources). Shakes found in grocery stores rarely have the quality and amount of protein you need to keep hunger at bay. Why gamble? Plus, you’ll want to ensure your shake mix contains hormone-balancing vitamins – such as vitamins A, B6, B12, C, D, E, digestive enzymes, chromium, L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate and probiotics – to help stabilize your blood sugar and reduce cravings.
TAKING THE RIGHT SUPPLEMENTS: While your shake mix will give you protein and a wide variety of nutrients, you’ll also want to take these two supplements to help you clear away toxins, stay satisfied between meals, and promote optimum nutrition.
Detox supplement #1: Fiber Look for a fiber supplement that’s plant-based and water-soluble. My favorite type is a powdered blend that contains Sunfiber® – a partially hydrolyzed guar gum fiber – which helps promote regularity and healthy glycemic control, enhance nutrient absorption, and maintain optimum digestive function. Plus, it’s tasteless, odorless, and dissolves easily, so you can mix it with water or your shakes.
Detox supplement #2: Detox Nutrients— There are several nutrients that can be especially helpful during a detox. I recommend you take a mix of liver-cleansing herbs to enhance the production and flow of bile. This helps optimize metabolism and move toxins out of your body after your liver’s done its job. Other nutrients can also help remove toxins from fat and tissues and help protect your brain and other organs.
All of our recomended supplements can be purchased through us after you sign up for the Detox Challenge.
